New contemporary 2 beds terraced house, 15 mnn from the center and the sea. Back garden. Bus stop at 100 meters, 5 mm from train station, bus 31 go to Howth, beautiful fishing village Dublin. House is made by architect and finished in Nov 2012. Downstairs has a boudoir, living room, toilet and a kitchen. Underfloor heating. Internet, phone tv. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with bathroom in suite but toilet downstairs. The road is quiet and neighboorhood is quite mixed, free parking, space front of the house. There is a bus stop outside which can bring you to Donabate train station and Swords Village.,

My place in Donnycarney is centrally located and is situated in a quiet residential street in a quiet neighbourhood. It is about a fifteen/20 min taxi ride from airport. The city centre is only about a 12 minute bus drive and the bus stop is a mere four/five minutes walk from the house. The home is a small self-contained building in my back garden with its own private entrance giving guests complete privacy to come and go as they wish.
