Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. This beautiful, spacious apartment offers breathtaking views of False Bay - whales and dolphins are often sighted between June and November. An open plan living, dining and kitchen area make up the top floor; with two large, en suite bedrooms below. Fish Hoek Beach is a five minute walk away and a short drive will see you at scenic reserves such as Cape Point and Silvermine. There are many good restaurants and shops nearby in Kalk Bay, Simonstown and Muizenberg.

Kalk Bay is a small village clustered around a working harbour and close to 3 fabulous, white beaches and 3 world-class golf courses. It has narrow cobbled streets and small, independent shops selling clothing and homeware, coffee and ice cream. It's cheerful, colourful, and crammed with places to eat and drink really well, pretty inexpensively too. Walking paths take you up the mountain or to the tidal pools and beaches. Just Kalk Bay is a treat of a holiday!
