Garasjeloftet på Fagerlia ligger litt for seg selv på Ballstad. Et stille og familievennlig område samtidig som det er sentralt, med kort vei til handelssted og flyplass. Plassen ligger idyllisk til, ca midt i Lofoten, med gode muligheter for tur og friluftsliv rett fra døra. Garasjeloftet er enkelt innredd med en sovesofa, og en familiekøyeseng. (Campingvognen ble byttet ut i 2022, slik at anmeldelser før 2023 gjelder en eldre campingvogn med færre fasiliteter og dårligere komfort) Det er 7 mil til Svolvær, 6 mil til Reine, ca 2 mil til surfestranden Unstad, og 8km til fiskerlandsbyen Ballstad. Det er gode muligheter for å kunne delta på det berømte Lofotfisket/vinterfisket, og også fisketurer på sommeren.

Sørensens Rorbu (sea house) consists of 2 apartments. The rorbu is located on a small island connected to the road. The view from apartment 1 faces the sea. Good sun conditions throughout the day. The apartment was built in 1986 but has been upgraded somewhat in recent years. We also have boat rental ( only for guests)
