This downtown duplex is in a QUIET area just a 1/2 mile to the hotels, Grand Wayne Center, The Embassy, and Parkview Field. Each Suite has its own PRIVATE ENSUITE BATH with a high-end shower and it's own thermostat for comfort. It's a favorite of business travelers and weekenders both. Many downtown restaurants and attractions a fair weather walk or short drive. My dad always said stay in a place as nice as your own home if not nicer, and this is it! Compare with the $150-200/night hotels.

It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

You'll come for the location and stay for the jacuzzi, the fire pit, and the late-night pool table debates. A two-story loft in the heart of Fort Wayne — steps from Parkview Field, Promenade Park, and The Landing.
