A former professional in the hospitality management business with an emphasis in the food & beverage aspect of this same world, Laurel Cottage was designed and constructed on an acre of private land on Johns Island to act as a sanctuary in which to live close to the island of Kiawah in which I was employed. The Sunburst is in a wonderful location, very close to Center Street, local grocery store Bert's, Chico Feo and a short one block walk to the beach. It has a private entrance with outdoor porches on both floors. The property is shared with our Spa bungalow and unique dental office which are connected by a wooden walkway surrounded by lush greenery, oak, trees, plants and flowers. The Boathouse

We call it the Boathouse, but it could just as easily be called the treehouse. It sits just feet from a tidal creek amidst giant live oak trees. A short dock is right outside the door, so bring your kayaks or other small craft. Although cozy, it offers everything a simple cottage should. Shem Creek is minutes away, as are the beaches. Patriot's Point and parks are a short walk away. This is the closest residential neighborhood to Charleston that you will find in Mt Pleasant. ST250324 BL24-000442
