Pat's Flat - peaceful stay on a beautiful farm.

Pat's Flat: a converted Pig Barn located on a peaceful farm, within the beautiful Wye Valley AONB. The historic towns of Monmouth and Ross on Wye, the river and Forest of Dean with their outdoor leisure activities - canoeing, paddle boarding, hiking, biking - are easily accessible. A couple of pubs, eateries and village shop are within a few miles walk. Sorry - no pets - this is a working farm and there are friendly Labradors in the adjoining property who are likely to come and say hello.

Perfectly situated to explore all the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean has to offer, The Apple Loft is an idyllic getaway popular with honeymooners, walkers, cyclists and those just wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. With panoramic views across Mork Valley, guests can walk our grassy tracks, explore the old lime kilns, picnic in our fields, say ‘hello’ to the pet sheep and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature, stars and sunsets in this magical and relaxing retreat.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

Long Barn

The Long Barn is a beautifully converted stone barn situated above the Wye Valley, Monmouth with picturesque views over the Black Mountains and beyond. It's an ideal location for relaxing or walking and cycling straight from the door. Well behaved pets are very welcome. The property has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and one en-suite, kitchen and lounge area and sleeps 7. Other features include oak flooring, log burner, wet room and South facing patio area with seating and barbecue.

Spring Farm’s authentic railway carriage is set in a secluded orchard with stunning panoramic views down the whole length of the Bryn Awr valley to the Brecon Beacons.
