The house has a private garden of 100 square meters with a tub usable with a depth of 60 cm. Two squares usable for your relaxing and fun, from admire the view, and space for eat outside. WI-FI free. The interior is distributed over two floors: on the first large living room with fireplace, SmartTV, eat area, kitchen and room with pizza oven (there are 2 sofa/bed). On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and 1 with a bunk bed and 1 bathroom.

Piccolo appartamento con ingresso indipendente in posizione panoramica, in un piccolissimo borgo della campagna Toscana, composto da un soggiorno cucina, bagno con doccia ed una camera con letto matrimoniale. Un'intima terrazza che si affaccia sulla vallata con tavolo, sedie, sdraio e pratico barbeque; ampi spazi di parcheggio all'aperto, adatto per due o tre persone. The B&B is built out of a 19th century stable, with a wonderful view over the "Montefeltro". The two double room have both private bathroom, free wireless internet, dvd, music player, a fully equipped kitchen and pool. We accept animals with a little overcharge; they can enter the pool enclosure, but not the water!
