Beautiful Churchtown village only a 5 minute drive or 15 minutes walk away, with pubs, restaurants, & independent shops etc. Southport town centre and famous Lord Street a 15 minute drive. Close to many of Southport’s prestigious golf courses and yearly flower show. Great local cycling and walking.

Stunning Victorian terrace in leafy Lytham. Every element of the house is new from the front gate to the back gate. Completely renovated & refurbished. Perfectly located near to Ansdell train station and next to the golf course. A short walk to Lytham, Fairhaven Lake & St Anne’s. Only a short drive from Blackpool & all of its attractions. A wonderful location for the perfect family (and pet!) getaway. House is a family home when not being rented so guests are asked to respect that.

The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

My refurbished family home now has a one bedroom apartment annex. We're on the main road into Formby but standing back from the road and close to many local amenities. This one bedroom apartment has a large double bedroom with kitchen/diner/lounge looking through bi-fold windows onto its own patio and our large family garden. It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.

Bluebell Cottage is a perfect base to just relax or to enjoy all that Ormskirk and the surrounding area has to offer.

To the front of the cottage is a large patio area with table & chairs, plenty of outdoor space, we are ideally situated for some of the North Wests finest golf courses.

Converted from an old dairy, it provides a compact but airy living space, a well equipped kitchen, a log cabin dining room/ workspace and a loft style mezzanine bedroom which overlooks the double height living area. The house is just a 5 minute stroll to beautiful Crosby beach and Anthony Gormley's Iron men art exhibition 'Another Place'. Excellent transport links with many bars, eateries and a handy shop nearby.

Another Place

'Another Place' is a one bedroom cottage situated on a small secure equestrian centre. Four legged friends are more than welcome, just let us know when booking. Its beautiful location is perfect for exploring the Sefton Coast. A securely fenced dog area is available on site for allowing the dogs to run and toilet off lead, we do however insist that all dogs are kept on a lead when exploring the property.

Moss Cottage is perfectly located just a short stroll from the heart of Lytham. Whether you’re drawn to stylish bars and restaurants, boutique shopping, or classic fish and chips by the green, Lytham offers something for everyone to enjoy. Please note: While we don’t charge a regular cleaning fee, a £30 pet fee applies if you’re bringing a dog.
