Just a few blocks to breweries (Odell's- 0.2 mile walk, New Belgium- 0.3 mile!), and a short walk (0.6 mile) to all the restaurants and shops Old Town has to offer. Comes with 2 cruiser bikes! We don’t allow dogs due to other guests’ potential allergies with the one exception being guests who are bringing their dogs to CSU vet. Organic coffee and an assortment of teas provided

The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Two friendly dogs and a few silly chickens are occasionally free in the yard.

There is also a pull out queen couch for an additional 2 sleeping spaces located in the living room.
