This villa, completed in 2025, leaves nothing to be desired. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an office. House features an oversized heated saltwater pool with jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, 4 fire pits, tiki hut. By arrangement and for an extra fee, the large boat lift can also be used. By boat, you can reach the river in 5 minutes without bridges. Pets are not allowed. Every room has a TV and an extra TV on Patio. Gas and electric is not included and will be charged at day of departure.

Relax with the whole family at our peaceful bungalow, just steps from the beautiful white sands of Ft. Myers Beach. Drink your coffee on the upper deck while gazing into the endless waters of the gulf. Fish from the beach or on the opposing end of the road off of “back beach” pier. Ride our beach cruisers to Time Square with countless dining and shopping opportunities or spend the day at MargaritaVille Resort. Publix grocery within walking distance. Covered parking for 3 vehicles/gulf carts.

LUXE: Beach Home w/ Screened Pool & Spa, BBQ

This 2,000-square foot stunner has a saltwater pool, hot tub, two-car garage, three bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are bikes and beach accessories on site to take to the beach. Guest who is booking the reservation must be 26 years or older. There is a fee of $100/night per person for any guest over 7 in total up to a maximum of 9 guests. For example, if you have 8 guests, then the extra charge will be $100 per night. Please enter the exact number of guests before completing your booking.
