Dog friendly for one dog, sorry no cats Your space shares two walls with the main house. Extended stays will add an additional $45 per week for cleaning and changing linens

Within city limits, but with an out-of-town feel. (No city lights! The apartment is above a shop/home office space in a separate building from the main house on our 5.5 acres. There is a sunny, full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, full bath and a large private deck. The urban trail is 1/4 mi away, NAU is 3 mi, downtown is 4mi, Snowbowl is 19 miles, and Fort Tuthill starts at the urban trail, and the fairgrounds are a 1 mi walk. There is an window A/C unit in the main room during the summer (approx May-Sept).
