Feel at home in this fully furnished cottage, with its up-to-date kitchen, cozy bedroom and tech-friendly living room, equipped with hi-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix and YouTube TV. There’s also a private patio with a fire pit for you to enjoy!

The outdoor space consists of a cozy side porch & a fenced in backyard oasis with patio seating, a fire pit, gas grill & fresh herbs from the plant box. Free Street Parking is included. I am so excited to share my beautiful house with you, located in the Bates Hendricks neighborhood of Indy. Close to Fountain Square, Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse and lots more fun. The house has 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 ensuite. There is a lounge upstairs with a comfy leather futon for more sleeping room. Off that is a beautiful roof deck with gas BBQ, firepit and dining for 6+. Also located on the same street as the famous HGTV Good Bones girls shop. Come visit Indy!

Cozy and upscale bungalow located in the heart of Speedway, Indiana.. Enjoy a small, but polished bungalow built in the 1930s. 2 bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, fenced private yard, and great location to all things racing and Indy! 5 Short miles to downtown and a 15 minute drive to the convention center. 1 dog is welcome! (More with written permission) Please share a bit of the nature of your trip, your hometown, & breed of your dog. No cats or other type animals, please.
