One traditional “SIRMA” in which fishermen storage their boats for the winter. It's located into the fishermen village called Klima. Fully renovated (2019), with many traditional tips from its past. The Colourful Land "Syrma" is a partly cave-like boat house, fully transformed on 2022 that offers comfort, relaxation and wonderful view of Western Milos hills. The values of Cycladic architecture combined with a touch of luxury defined the design philosophy. The unified vaulted interior welcomes you with kitchenette, living room and highly eleveted king size bed which are connected with the bathroom. Surraunded by archeological hills and belong to the sea.

"Armira" Boat House in Firopotamos

Armira Boat House is located literally a few steps away from the sea in the small, remote, traditional seaside community of Fyropotamos. Originally built by my ancestors in the early 1900s to serve as a fisherman’s cottage and boat house traditionally known as “sirma”, it is a unique example of Cycladic traditional architecture and is one of the very few of its kind.

Ergina's Boat House is a traditional house built in the sea front! It is a two storey building offering the very basic facilities. On the ground floor there is the kitchen with the big door overlooking the sea water and on the upper floor there is the bedroom with the balcony.
