Our duplex apartment is centrally located on Main St. in the middle of downtown Northampton. Steps away from restaurants, nightclubs, museums, galleries, theaters, and Smith College. Park your car and spend your day exploring our beautiful little city. You'll be staying in a sunny, spacious, private bedroom with high ceilings and windows overlooking Main St. Downstairs is an airy kitchen and living room. Central A/C & Heat. Wifi. Our happy place is a 5 minute walk to Berkshire East/Thunder Mountain . An 8 minute walk to the Deerfield River for guided fishing tours with Hilltown Anglers, kayaks, ,whitewater rafting. 10 minute walk to town and shuttle for tubing. A 5 minute drive to local wedding venues. We provide a full kitchen with all cooking essentials, a private picnic area with charcoal grill (charcoal provided). We reside at the single family home on property and we’re excited to share our Suite 23 !

Your own gracious living space with very well equipped kitchen, private deck, entrance, garden, country roads for dog walks, forests, meadows, mountain streams, stone walls, tranquility. The cottage is attached to the main house but is a "separate" entity and again has its own private entrance as mentioned above. No smoking in the cottage please but on the deck just fine. Bright king suite, your own bathroom, cotton sheets, sleep sofa, and porch. Enjoy a full homemade breakfast, available by advance request, for $15 per person, served to your suite. Tucked away below Deerfield Ridge: five minutes' drive to Deerfield Academy, Eaglebrook, Bement, and just 17 miles to Amherst or Northampton. If you like a secluded spot, you will be happy here with us and we will respect your privacy. The entrance is the only shared space. No cleaning fee.

Historic Greenfield Home: Cozy Private Guest Suite

Bright comfortable guest suite just blocks from lively downtown, yet quiet, private, and easy to park. The suite has one bedroom, one living room, and one private bath; firm queen size mattress, crisp clean linens, Apple TV ready for your Netflix login, excellent high-speed wireless, private deck, and coffee bar stocked with coffee, tea, & snacks. You'll park in the rear of the house, and enjoy total privacy with your own entrance with key-code; come and go as you please.

Hill-Ross Guest Suite

You'll have the Guest Suite at The Historic Hill-Ross Homestead with private entrance all to yourself. Guest Suite is the renovated carriage house ell off the main farmhouse which houses 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 1 bathroom including your own private patio. One bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has a full bed and a single bunk bed. Hill Ross Homestead is a short, 5 minute walk into downtown Florence.

There are also many enjoyable attractions in the towns nearby, including Shelburne, Williamsburg, Ashfield, and Cummington. It's great for couples & families.
