Our lakefront home is built for gathering. Located on the beautiful Maquam Bay of Lake Champlain, enjoy the rich history and natural beauty of the area. Stroll along the beach looking for sea glass. Grab one of our fishing poles, a VT fishing license, and cast a line off the dock. Launch one of our kayaks or canoe from the beach and tour the water lilies in black creek. Relax on the beach with a good book and listen to the waves. Snorkel along the shore. Indoors the pool table and games await!

Welcome to the Nease Camp Cottage! Our property is at the end of a private road on Lake Champlain north of St. Alban's Bay with some of the best sunsets in the world. The shale-covered beach includes use of the dock, canoes, rowboat, hammock, & a fire pit. (The ladder to the loft in pictures has been replaced by a spiral staircase.) Week-long use during the summer. Partial week bookings available Sept-Oct. Please note due to high demand, we must adhere to the cancellation policy as listed.
