Plus you'll have your own campfire sites complete with firewood!

Fully furnished with modern amenities as full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, kitchenette, table for 2, queen bed, add full mattress available for 2 additional guest, mini split, outdoor seating, campfire, trails, lake, fishing, lake beach and farm animals. 1883 is great to relax, enjoy the animals, fish, paddle board, bike ride, fire pit night and even cook a nice steak! With this property located in the country you get to enjoy the beautiful calmness of nature while still very close to Bryan/College Station(45 minutes) as well as Franklin (20 minutes).
