130 kvm centralt beliggende lejlighed i 2 etager øverst i bygningen, 2 altaner med sol fra morgen til aften. Meget lys lejlighed. Lejligheden er tæt ved metroen Nuuks Plads - kommer nemt rundt i hele København. Den ligger i et skønt områder tæt på grønne områder, caféer, restauranter, butikker. På trods af centrale placering er der roligt. Som andre gamle ejendomme i København er der ingen elevator. Lejligheden har et typisk lille københavnertoilet med bruser, det er lille, men velfungerende.

Our light 86m2 apartment is on the 3rd floor of a listed building in inner Østerbro: a lovely, green, family-friendly neighbourhood with parks, lakes and cafes. The Little Mermaid is a pleasant 15-minute walk away, and nearby Østerport station (10 mins) accesses all Copenhagen by train or Metro. I'm sorry, but we can't accept guests without previous reviews (property rules, for the sake of neighbours). Hope you understand.

Lejligheden ligger meget centralt i Kbh med kun 3,7 km til Rådhuspladsen og kun 250 meter til metroen. Lejligheden har et køkken/alrum, soveværelse med dobbeltseng, badeværelse og entré. Jeg anbefaler lejligheden til 2 personer, men I er velkomne til at bo 3, men så skal den sidste sove på madras i stuen, hvilket mine egne gæster også gør. Udenfor er der en lille terrasse med bord og stole.
