Frenchman St. is considered the 'locals' Bourbon St.' and is also the route for Krewe de Vieux which is the first parade of Mardi Gras. We are one block from a playground for kids and walking distance to the French Quarter and Marigny. Wonderful space. Clean, bright, cozy. Sit in Sun room or out on back deck with coffee or a glass of wine. Enjoy the beautiful Lakeview Neighborhood. Close to just about everything. City Park and the Lakefront are in biking walking/biking distance. Owners are available as needed. NO PARTIES . NO EVENTS . No smoking!! Sorry I do not rent to locals. (Got "burned" by someone trashing the house and throwing a party)
