Enjoy the 55” 4K Smart TV and new upper deck where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. There is a private shallow water dock across the street for a low draw boat, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Hatteras beach is just a short drive or bike. Access to the sound for Kite Boarding in the spring and fall. This cottage has it all! New washer/dryer, dishwasher, paint!
