The house is situated right by the sea in a scenic protected landscape area with ancient forest on the hill behind and rich wildlife. There are nice fishing,hiking opportunities and foraging available just outside.

Kort avstand til Seierstenmarka. 12 min. gange til badeplass ved fjorden. 1,5 km til bussholdeplass. 2 km til til sentrum.

Beautifully renovated vacation home just 30 min from Oslo and 15 min from Drøbak. 5 bedrooms with (at least) 9 beds. Outdoor kitchen with fridge, BBQ and pizza oven. Jacuzzi, big trampoline, sunbeds, and multiple lounging areas. Great trails for walking or running, 7 min to a sandy beach and 2 min to a summer grocery shop. Sunny all day with lovely views. Kort kjøretur eller gåavstand til tennis - og golfbane. Det er muligheter for å følge solen hele døgnet eller trekke seg tilbake i skyggen. Hytta har mange fine sittegrupper.

Bilvei helt frem (ca 100 meter å gå). Egen øy i Ytre Hallangspollen, Drøbak. Det er 4 soverom og 6 sengeplasser totalt. Se bilder. Et av soverommene har kort seng, passer best til barn. Egen strand, flere bademuligheter. Hoppe / stupetårn. Flere brygger. Mulighet for å ha med egen båt. Obs! Bratt gangvei fra p-plass ned til hytte. Liten båt (12 fot med 4hk) føger med.
