Built originally in the late 1800's and renovated by us in 1991, Yoder School became our home. In later years we converted part of the building into this peaceful getaway. Opportunities for outdoor activities abound. Fantastic road cycling with Strava routes start right here! The house has historic charm, just like the city of Frostburg, as the house was built in 1874. It is within walking distance to the Great Allegany Passage trail for hiking and biking, about 45 minutes from Deep Creek Lake to swim, boat and ski and 20 minutes from Rocky Gap Casino and Resort. Close to Frostburg State University.

This unique property was built in the 1850's and has been lovingly restored to embrace it's history, as well as provide all of the modern amenities you'd expect.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are located at New Germany State Park. It is a nice walk or a short drive to the park for hiking, biking, cross country skiing and or swimming. We are also a 25 minute drive to the Wisp ski resort. We are centrally located. Also close to Savage River Reservoir for kayaking, canoeing or fishing. Our goal is for the family to enjoy time away!
