It is easy to access around Osaka city, Airports and sightseeing spots in Kansai area. There're convenience stores, super markets, many nice local restaurants nearby. Also walkable to Yanmar Stadium, Yodoko-Stadium, teamLab★Botanical Garden, Osaka General Medical Center. Wifi is also available so it can be used for Work-cation. :)

Located between Osaka and Nara, just a 2-min walk from JR Kashiwara and 4-min from Kintetsu Katashimo. Both JR and Kintetsu lines offer easy access: about 15 min to Tennoji, 30 min to Namba/Nara, 40 min to Umeda, and 70 min to Kyoto. Close to the house, there are supermarkets, convenience stores, a pharmacy, and more—including a riverside walking trail that’s perfect for a morning stroll. The entire house is for private use, ideal for solo travelers, families, or friends to relax and enjoy.

Please experience or your friends and genuine good old Japanese life with your family. 西村邸は、奈良町の一画に100年以上たたずむ、昔ながらの奈良町屋です。 ここは、ぼくが子どもの頃、長い時間を過ごした「おばあちゃんち」でした。 奈良町には、ずっと変わらない心地よい鄙(ひな)びがあります。 「これからの世代に、少しでもこの心地よい鄙(ひな)びにふれて欲しい。」 そんな想いで、空き家になっていた西村邸を、手入れしました。 - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

The property is very convenient, with three supermarkets, a convenience store, a sushi restaurant, a restaurant, an izakaya, a drugstore, a hospital, a bank, and a police box. A lovely hot spring is nearby, within walking distance. Please use the kitchen for simple meals. There is barbecue equipment in the garden. Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Due to other work commitments, I can't accept check-ins after 5pm, but I will do my best to accommodate check-ins before 2pm. Check-in is not possible on dates listed in the house rules and Sundays. (Staying and check-out possible) This is a guest house that is a 100-year-old Japanese traditional house that I renovated myself. The old house is 300㎡ and the field is 300㎡. Recommended for couples, solo travelers, and families.
