If you'd like to access the lake, you can walk right out the back door to the private dock where you can access kayaks or simply take in the lake on an adirondock chair. Inside, you'll find spacious bedrooms, an open layout, and all the modern amenities you could ask for!

This quiet two-story, one-of-a-kind cabin has 1 private bedroom and one larger walk-thru bedroom. It features two private decks, one on each floor, a huge, new dock for the canoe and paddleboard, a full bath with a shower and toilet, a full kitchen, a living room with a bar for eating as you gaze over the water, brand-new appliances and furniture. This over-the-water cabin can sleep four people quite comfortably with all rooms having a gorgeous view of the water, wildlife, and the sunrise!

Then welcomes you back with a crackling wood stove, a lakeside fire pit under the Alaskan sky, and 4 bedrooms + 2.5 baths for plenty of room with your group. Cook your meals in the kitchen, check in with keypad entry, and wake to loons on the water. We are happy to share the cabin experience on your next or returning adventure!

A Must See Family Friendly Lake Front Retreat

This 800 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Lake Front home is well thought out. Theres a loft upstairs that sleeps 5. Open floor plan will make it easy to have the whole family there. If you like to enjoy you coffee lake side then this is the place for you. Or end your day outside relaxing by the fire. (Note: we do not supply firewood) We have a deep freezer in the garage to freeze your fish. 20 minutes outside of Kenai. *Monthly stay discounts are only accepted Oct. 1st - April 30th.

(Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy.

Whether you're staying for a few nights or a few weeks, spend your days on the water, on a trail, or in the air and come back to grill out and roast marshmallows around the fire pit. This reservation also allows you access to the bath house with full laundry services at no extra charge.

Jerry's Lake House Unit 1 on Denise Lake, Soldotna

Newly renovated, this unit is situated on Denise Lake. The property borders the lake, and renters have two kayaks included with the rental. Enjoy a fire ring and picnic tables for outside campfires. Has a small outside deck that looks over the lake, with a propane grill. You are booking the complete unit, no spaces are shared, except the driveway and yard area. Only a few minutes from downtown Soldotna and the Kenai River!
