Welcome to your lakefront oasis in Youbou, British Columbia. Designed as a place for friends and family to gather, the Youbou Lakehouse is a sanctuary where you can unwind and connect with the natural world. Enjoy private lake access, a stunning view, 2 outdoor fire pits, paddle boards, a gorgeous sauna, salt water hot tub, and a massive 85” TV with surround sound. Have fun, but no parties, and please choose another spot if you are unwilling to be considerate of our wonderful neighbors.

The cozy 2-bedroom suite is nestled in the forest, just a 3-min drive from the ferry and local beaches. Optional add on of a private Forest Sauna for up to 6 people. Fully private with its own entryway, it also has a kitchenette, spacious living area, and outdoor dining area w/ BBQ and outdoor seating. Nestled above the Sooke basin, you can take in the stunning views from our spacious balcony or from our cozy bed. Our sunsets are not to be missed! The main cabin features a new queen bed, a spacious work desk, and a cozy loft bed with a reading nook. The second cabin includes the kitchen, dining area, incinerator toilet, and shower.

Walking distance to nearby Sea Star Vineyards and Winery and amazing bluff hikes overlooking Saturna and other Gulf Islands, this cottage is the perfect getaway for couples or as a writer's or artist's retreat. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and welcoming. The cottage is an open concept building with a queen bed. The smell and sounds of the forest will bring calm, relaxation, and peace.

Guests have the benefit of a large deck and private drive off a peaceful residential road within short walking distance (0.5km) of the lake and a short drive from Ganges town centre, Fernwood Beach with pier & cafe and Mount Erskine Provincial Park.
