Beautiful scenic walking routes abound from the cottage garden which leads directly over a bridge into open fields and hills. The cottage garden looks out over fields with uninterrupted views and dark skies making it ideal for star gazing.

Springwell cottage has been recently renovated. Centrally heated with living room underfloor heating and a wood burning stove. Can sleep 4 adults and 2 infants or 2 adults and 2 children. We accept a max of 2 well behaved dogs no larger than a Labrador. Separate garden for guests use. Safe little beach and swings just across the road . Start of the Goatfell path 5 min walk away. Outside, the extensive garden and grounds comprising of mainly lush green lawns, mature woodland, wild flower areas and a portion of the Carmel Water which is a tributary of the River Irvine. The garden has various sitting areas strategically positioned to catch the sun. The private driveway leads to the house and there is parking for three vehicles.
