Full kitchen is open to eating area w/ table. Open living area w/ 60 in smart TV & plenty of seating. Covered wrap around deck upstairs & patio underneath to enjoy gulf breezes. This is a carriage house, located behind our home that was built in 1910. The backyard space is ENTIRELY PRIVATE to our guests while you are here! We are located right in the center of the Island. We are less than a mile from the beach, and downtown. Located on one of Galveston’s most beautiful historic streets. Ave O. Which is a one way street that travels from the east to the west end of the Island. Park here for free if your going on a cruise! I’ll take you to the cruise ship & pick you up.

The cute "Yellow Gator" cottage with amazing views is in Galveston's Sea Isle community. It's a 2 bedroom that sleeps 6 (with queen sleeper sofa). The house with boat dock and hot/cold outdoor shower is just 100 meters from West Galveston Bay, easily accessed by the canal. Easy 1000 meters walk/drive to the beach (parking available). Fishing is fantastic in this area even from the dock. 25 minute drive to city of Galveston. The neighborhood has a full service marina, restaurant and bar.
