This central air-conditioned lakefront ranch overlooks Kassuba Lake, sleeps 6, and features 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen and a spacious living/dining area. Bedroom one has a king bed; bedroom two has two twin-over-full bunks. Large windows bring in natural light, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Fresh remodel - May 2025! Welcome to Cottage 7 on Heart Lake. This has 1 bed/1 bath accommodating up to 2 guests. The cottage includes a full kitchen stocked with all cookware, silverware, and dining utensils. In the summer guests will have access to shared kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, water trampoline, swim platform, and bonfire pit. In the winter, guests can access Trail 7, directly across the road, for snowmobile season. It's the perfect place for your northern Michigan getaway!

This location is ideal: 1.6 miles to Boyne Mountain, 6 miles to Boyne City downtown, 16 miles to Petoskey, 7 miles to Walloon Lake, and 5 miles to Thumb Lake. We welcome your well-behaved dog! Star gaze while relaxing in the comfortable, Amish-built gilding chairs around the spacious, paver fire pit area .

Bring your kayaks and your fishing poles - nice deck to watch the sunset. Dogs are welcome for an additional one time fee of $35.00. There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.
