Die 100 m² große Wohnung bietet dir ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad mit Wanne, Dusche, Waschmaschine & Trockner, eine separate Toilette und einen eigenen Arbeitsplatz. Ideal auch für längere Aufenthalte. Haustiere sind erlaubt. KFZ-Stellplatz optional verfügbar. Es gibt noch zwei weitere Wohnungen im selben Haus.

Das Haus ist in Alleinlage direkt an den Wander- und Radwegen. Ca. 250 km Mountainbike Strecken stehen zur Verfügung. 2 Badeseen in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die großzügige Terrasse, der Badezuber (gegen Aufpreis), sowie die geschickt angelegten Außenanlage, garantieren entspannte Abende, sowie erholsame Nachmittag nach einem Badeausflug am See. Die Unterkunft ist dadurch für Familien, Freunde aber auch für Geschäftsreisende bestens geeignet.

Our farm is located in Reichenau, district of Waidhaus, only 500 m (by foot) away from fhe Czech border. The uniqueness of our location can be described through its remote and natural surroundings. Large forest areas, many streams and ponds as well as green meadows are only some of the beautiful aspects of the area. A stay here is ideal for travellers on their way to Prague or anywhere East.
