Das Anwesen ist in einen Landschaftspark mit weitläufigen Grün- und Waldflächen, direkt an einem kleinen Bach liegend, eingebettet. Die Natur spielt hier die Hauptrolle. Dies zeigt sich auch in der natürlichen und nachhaltigen Bewirtschaftung des Gutes. Frisches Gemüse, Kräuter, Eier und Obst werden in den umliegenden Gärten kultiviert.

Die Wohnung ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Es gibt bis zu 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Küche, 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Badezimmer und 1 separate Toilette. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Haarfön sind vorhanden. Im Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Laden mit griechischen Erzeugnissen.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.
