This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Die Wohnung ist am Rande von Gemmingen-Stebbach. Sie ist mit allem Nötigen und mehr ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist optimal für 2 Personen. Bei Bedarf könnten Schlafplätze auf dem Schlafsofa oder Kinderbettchen erweitert werden. Im Garten ist ein Spielplatz mit Sandkasten, Rutsche, Piratendeck, Trampolin und Kletterwand zur freien Nutzung. Familien sind uns sehr willkommen! Whirlpoolnutzung ist gegen Energiemehrpreis von 10€ pro Tag möglich und zum Aufheizen im Voraus anzukündigen. 11kW wallbox

Schöne komfortable Wohnung in historischem Haus

Die 1-Zi-Whg. liegt in der 1. Etage mit separatem Eingang. Fußbodenheizung, el. Rollläden, 3-fach verglaste Fenster, HD-TV, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einiges mehr, bieten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die max. Personenzahl ist 4, dann allerdings schon etwas eng und nur für einen Kurzaufenthalt geeignet. Optimal ist die Whg. z.B. für 2 Erwachsene mit Kind. Ein Babybett, ein Kinder-Reisebett, sowie ein Kinderhochstuhl kann gegen eine geringe Gebühr bereitgestellt werden (5€ pro Aufenthalt).

In dem Luftkurort Friedrichskoog-Spitze lässt sich das Wattenmeer und die frische Nordseeluft noch erholsam und preiswert genießen. Als Wochenendtrip zum Durchatmen oder längerer Familienurlaub, unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung „Der Deichkieker“ liegt direkt am Naturschutzgebiet „Nordfriesisches Wattenmeer“. Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Schickes Innenstadt Ferienhaus direkt an der Trave

Verkehrsgünstig gelegen zwischen Hamburg und Lübeck verweilt ihr in unserem top ausgestattetem Ferienhaus in der Innenstadt im Heiligengeistviertel von Bad Oldesloe absolut ruhig gelegen direkt an der Trave. Die Terrasse lädt zum Sonnen und Grillen ein. Das Parken im öffentlichem Parkhaus (200 m) ist kostenlos. Fahrräder stehen sicher auf dem Grundstück. Joggen und Spaziergang starten direkt an der Haustür am Travewanderweg. Die Innenstadt liegt um die Ecke.

A cosy - carming apartment in a 115 year old house

Our 110 year old in nouveau art house is located in the beautiful and astonishing prealpine lands right in between Munich and the famous castles. Our guesthome has a big kitchen with everything you need to cook, two cosy and indivilual bed rooms and a modern bathroom. The living room has a romantic fireplace. The place is perfect for families, couples and friends.
