Appartamento ad uso esclusivo dell'ospite, e' in posizione strategica sia per chi lavora sia per visitare l'intera provincia di Treviso. A 8 km da Treviso citta', a soli 50 km Venezia, 50 km dal mare di Jesolo, 20 km Conegliano e colline del Prosecco patrimonio Unesco. Vicino al casello autostrada TV nord, all'ingresso della Pedemontana e alla stazione del treno. E' dotato di un divano letto, di un comodo garage privato e un posto auto esterno. I servizi essenziali sono raggiungibili a piedi.

Casa nel cuore della zona di produzione del Prosecco, e' una delle piu' antiche di Guia; ristrutturata piu' volte negli anni, ora puo' accogliere turisti itineranti e per soggiorni prolungati. Vicinissimi: Venezia (56 km), Treviso (31), Bassano del Grappa (30), Cortina d'Ampezzo (105) e, le Dolomiti piu' vicine, ad un'ora di macchina. Ristorazione molto qualificata nei dintorni, paesaggi suggestivi sovrastanti (visibile Venezia con aria tersa) e luogo per passeggiate e tour in bicicletta...

Appartamentino a Susegana

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Camera nella Torre del Castello di Roncade

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.

L’appartamento si trova in una bellissima strada alle pendici della collina Montello. L’attico signorile, recentemente ristrutturato, offre una bella sala con la possibilità di usufruire di un divano letto, una cucina accessoriata, una camera matrimoniale e una seconda camera con letto a castello, due bagni, di cui uno con doccia. L’appartamento ha il posto macchina.
