Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. With under-floor heating, a Sauna and a full cinema system with screen and a stunning audio system from Monitor Audio. Hafod Y Llan Bach - a real escape to the country

Get away from the everyday with a break in the mountains of Wales. This private, detached barn conversion has it's own terrace, a wonderful open plan kitchen living room and a glamorous and romantic bedroom with an ensuite. Step outside and there are over 25 miles of forestry track starting from the front door and the 4.5 mile long Alwen Reservoir just 5 minutes walk away. That is all before you start to explore the area... If you want to get away from it all, this is the place to come....

Hafod Hedd (Peaceful Summer Dwelling)

Hafod Hedd is set in a beautiful private woody location on a the banks of a river. It is the perfect get away for adventurous souls who wish to escape the modern world! Cooking, heating and hot water are provided by a real fire, light is provided by candles, and the loo is an eco-friendly compost toilet. The real highlight is bathing under the stars in a pair of al fresco baths. This dwelling is only suited to able bodied adults as there are steep paths, hot fires, and drops into the river.

Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905. Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.

This end terrace cottage has a quirky style of its own. It has full central heating. Lounge is a good size with sofa and a matching arm chair, dining table, electric fire (log burner effect). It has a staircase that leads to a gallery landing and mezanine bedroom, with a king size bed, and en-suite shower room. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven. Ground floor W.C.
