The historic 1830's stone house property is nestled away on 6 acres of natural bliss, just 4 miles outside of Yellow Springs. We offer a very private and rustic setting that captivates peaceful landscapes and breathtaking views. The 1 acre plateau overlooks gorgeous cliffs and flowing natural springs. The Yellow Springs Village Cabin is crisp and clean like a hotel, with space, character, and amenities like a well-appointed home. It’s a quiet, comfortable retreat with easy access to everything YS has to offer. Plus, a pool (open ~May-Oct) and year-round hot tub!

The English Cottage - Enchanting, 1 block to town

Possibly the most charming home in Yellow Springs, one block to downtown. No expense was spared in restoring and renovating this 1800's cottage, with charming iron pane windows, original wood floors, screened porch, and fireplace. We lovingly renovated the kitchen, bathrooms and upstairs ensuite bed and bath. Two queen beds, luxurious linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen with Viking range, stainless steel appliances, & marble countertops. Not suitable for children under 12.

River front. Peacefully quiet. Fire pit, kayaks and canoes. Our place is less than 10 minutes to downtown Yellow Springs. You’ll love our place because of the location, situated beside the Little Miami River (a state and national scenic river) and Glen Helen nature preserve. Our place includes the use of two kayaks, a canoe, fire pit and grill. We also supply everything you need for these fun activities.
