Foley's Cottage - Restored 18th century Farmhouse.

Foley's Cottage is an old (18th century), restored , traditional, stone built farmhouse on a working family farm. The cottage has been restored sympathetically using original and locally sourced recycled materials. The roof timbers for example were sawn from trees grown on the farm. Also the kitchen units were handmade by a local craftsman, from recycled pitch pine. There are old beams and traditional real pine boarded floors. In addition, the cottage has all modern conveniences.

Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. Fantastic views and long quite walks are promised. A stones throw from the beautiful Curraghmore estate, Comeragh mountains with the spectacular Mahon Falls and Coumshingaun Lake and Slievenamon. The Deise Greenway and Copper Coast beaches are easily accessed nearby.

Faithlegg, Country Cottage

A cozy renovated 200 year old cottage. Situated down a country lane. Suitable for two adults and a dog. There is a fee for the dog. Easy access to beaches, walks and Waterford city provided you have a car. Public transport is not easily accessible to or from our cottage. Taxis are fine. The cottage is annexed to the main house. It includes a bedroom, shower room, kitchen and breakfast room. The breakfast room looks out onto your own small private garden.

The Loft @ Poppy Hill

The Loft @ Poppy Hill is a cosy self contained unit close to a family house with fantastic views of Mount Leinster. It is 2km from the village of Ballindaggin and a super location to soak up the countryside and explore the treasures of Wexford and beyond. Located in the foothills of Mount Leinster, it is well suited for hill walkers, star gazers and those who want to feel the country atmosphere. The village has 2 pubs, one serving the best curry in Wexford.

Situated a few minutes from the beautiful Tintern Abbey and within 15 minutes of the lovely beaches at Duncannon, Cullenstown and Fethard. Both Wexford town and New Ross are within easy reach as are the popular tourist deitinations of Hook lighthouse, Dunbody Famine ship and the Irish National Heritage Centre.
