Luxstowe Cottage

Luxstowe House is a historic cottage surrounded by wild, sprawling gardens on acres of land hidden just 5 mins drive from Bowral. Brimming with beautiful artworks and an abundance of books - it's a home you will never want to leave! The sweet country cottage is set at the bottom of a tree-lined drive and below an old barn once used as a sculpture studio and now as a tree nursery. Only 1.5 hours from Sydney, it will transport you to another world so you can relax & recharge on your next getaway.

Pavilions Garden Cottages - Olaf and Tilia

Inside the private Pavilion gardens you will find two separate cottages - Olaf and Tilia. They are ‘tiny houses’ – small but perfect with every amenity and fully self-contained. Olaf is nestled in the garden, surrounded by trees and flowers. Tilia, at the top of the drive, enjoys a rural view up the hill with sheep, cows and the odd kangaroo jumping by. Both have outside fire pits for marshmallow toasting on brisk Highlands nights. We are 5 mins drive from both Mittagong and Bowral main streets.

Japanese Studio Fitzroy Falls

Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. The Studio has a bar fridge , microwave, toaster, coffee pod machine and kettle. No kitchen. .Enjoy stunning 9 acres of gardens . Perfect location for photo shoots, wedding ceremonies or getaway. “The Burrow” is a self-contained cottage on a 100 acre wildlife sanctuary just 5km from the centre of Mittagong. Once you arrive, it's just you and a few hundred kangaroos and a wombat or two. We invite you to take in nature at your own pace in this peaceful & private setting. “The Burrow” is a hand-built, mud-brick cottage set on the Southern Highlands of NSW. It's quirky yet very comfortable. With nature & wildlife all around we want you to feel like you're 1000 miles from anywhere.

Contemporary Country Experience

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

WATERSHED - Robertson

Welcoming country chic interiors with all the mod cons. You will enjoy luxury finishes in this converted machinery shed. Fully insulated, with double glazed windows & doors. There is a wood fire & heaters. The shed is 80+ metres away from the 1880s farmhouse where we live & so you are far enough way to feel that you have the property to yourselves. There are dogs, alpacas, sheep. A wonderful farm stay property, a walk away into Robertson or a very short drive. @watershedrobertson

The Stables is a self contained guesthouse situated on our family property in beautiful Burradoo. Suited to either a family of up to four or two couples, the guesthouse is fully equipped for a weekend away in the countryside. Located midway between Bowral and Moss Vale, the Stables is set on 10 picturesque acres and surrounded by unspoilt farmland, with views to Oxley Hill and surrounds - yet Bowral’s boutiques, homewares stores, restaurants and cafes are just 5 minutes away.

The Carriage House at the historic homestead, Welby Park Manor has been lovingly restored and renovated. Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. On-site parking is available, wood is supplied for the slow-combustion fireplace and outdoor fire pit. you will be welcomed with drinks on arrival.
