The Cosy Cabin

The Cosy Cabin at Old Glanrhyd Stables is nestled at the base of the Afon Tarrell Valley in the Beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park. Within walking distance of the infamous Pen-y-Fan, our Glamping Cabin is situated in a tranquil setting with a meandering stream, paddock and small wooded area – all for you to enjoy. An historic fully refurbished character barn attached to our traditional Welsh Long House home. Having a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed accessing it via a beautiful spiral staircase. Downstairs is an open plan lounge kitchen dinner with a wood burning stove and a beautiful chandelier. The kitchen is well appointed including electric oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a wine cooler. Large windows are at the front and back of the property with the most stunning views.

Old School Manor - The Lodge

The Lodge is set in a one acre site enclosed by a 5ft high wall, and away from the main road providing a safe, relaxing and quiet environment. The Lodge is well placed, within 10 minutes of The National show caves for Wales, Henrhyd waterfall and the hugely impressive Four Waterfalls country. In addition, if you want to get high, the property is located only 15 minutes from Zip World and 30 minutes from Pen Y Fan. If you prefer beaches we are 30 minutes from Swansea bay and the Mumbles.

It is what you want it to be...romantic, a bolt hole, an escape from the rat race, cosy, close to nature... You will relax and unwind. You can explore the Brecon Beacons National Park, gently amble or seriously hike, be adventurous or stay still and star gaze. Tucked in the orchard with panoramic views, soak in your private wood fired tub. Enjoy its Welshness! It has all the stuff you expect (en-suite, flush toilet, underfloor heating, fridge, microwave, hob) and more for a great break!

Spacious 3 bedroom cottage in heart of Beacons

Cwmclyn Canol is a quiet and cozy cottage inside the Bannau Breicheniog National Park with a pub within walking distances and footpaths directly onto Pen Y Fan. The cottage was refurbished in 2022 to a high standard and boasts magnificent mountain views. Additional views include waddling ducks, squabbling chickens and honking geese. Good wifi, TV/DVD, films and a box of games. Kitchen has plenty of everything and there is a log burner in the living room as well as a firepit outside.
