Merkezi bir noktada, bağımsız olarak da kullanılan 2 dairenin birleşimi. Sokağa araba ile girilmiyor. 80 basamaklı bir merdiven ile çıkılıyor eve. Yürüme güçlüğü çekenler için uygun degil. Şömineler dekorasyon amaçlı olup, kullanıma uygun değildir.

The main house has two bedrooms (one with an en-suite jacuzzi), a large living room, and a full kitchen. A connected guest annex adds a third bedroom, its own living room, and private bathroom.
