The home has been completely renovated with tiles /hard wood throughout, modern bathroom, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including washer dryer and more.

Pine Ridge road is very easy to navigate and offers many shops and malls, one easy strait ride to the beach. The house offers an older florida home style rap around porch not found in newer homes but we stopped at nothing to make this a real charmer with many views of nature.
