Grass Tree Hill - Esperance

This comfortable, clean private retreat offers a bedroom with views and a gorgeous bathroom and living area. It is semi-detached with its own car park and entrance. Overlooks Lake Warden and is only 5 minutes from town. Beautiful retreat, close to ESPERANCE. You will be provided tea and fresh ground plunger coffee and there are simple facilities for you to make your own meals if you require. Little Blue eco beach house.

Breath taking views of the beach, the lagoon, the reef, the ocean wildlife, the headland, the open ocean, and spectacular sunrises from every space in this beautiful little house, make this a one of a kind, hard to find experience. Little Blue has been built using sustainability principles; it is completely off-grid, operates from rain water tanks, has a composting toilet and is fitted out with non toxic, natural paints and floor coverings.Doors and windows are all double glazed.

The Ultimate Retro Beach Shack

Our beach shack is located approximately 10km from the centre of Bremer Bay town and overlooks Short Beach. You can walk to the beach in a couple of minutes and views from the house are some of the best on the whole peninsula. PLEASE NOTE: We only take bookings 6 months in advance as this is our family holiday home. If the calendar appears booked out beyond this point, it's because we're not taking bookings yet. Please don't ask to reserve spots further in advance than this.

The Ridge is perched on 12 acres of Native Bushland with uninterrupted views of the Southern Ocean and provides luxury accommodation for up to 6 guests. The property is within walking distance of two of the areas most popular beach and surf spots, Blossoms Beach and Native Dog Beach. The solar passive design offers comfort all year round for family and couples alike, with open plan living and ample space for indoor/outdoor dining and a cosy wood fire for the winter evenings.

The Rizzo

This tiny cozy cottage was renovated in 2024 & now has all the little luxuries to make your getaway the best one yet. 1 Bedroom & 1 bathroom, spacious backyard with a patio & cosy fire-pit area. Rizzo is located in a quiet neighbourhood with just a 5 minute drive to Town central & 5 minute to the Great Ocean Drive with the best beaches. Because of the size & styling of the property, it is only suitable for one or two adults (couples) only.

The long-house design draws inspiration from the local farm sheds and fishing shacks, its architectonic form sitting discretely within the coastal landscape.
