This unique unit, is located on the second floor of a multi-unit historic building (no elevator, 2 flights up). Queen-size bed, full kitchen, bathroom, a private patio for some fresh air anytime of the year. Portable air conditioner May to October. 5-12 minute walking distance to cafes, restaurants, pubs, galleries, shops, the boardwalk, bus stops, TD Station, & Imperial Theatre. Driving: 8 min to the ferry, 8 min to the Regional Hospital, 16 min to the airport (YSJ), 3 min to the highway.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Valley Suite

A super bright and super clean independent suite on 1st floor of the host's house, ideal for a short and comfort stay of 2 guests with a spacious living room, a quiet bed room, a modern full bathroom (no kitchen) and dedicated entrance/parking spot(s). With the sofa bed in the living room, it can accommodate up to 4 guests. A 120-inch projector is equipped with Bell TV channels and Crave for entertainment. There is no kitchen but a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle are available.

"Forest Yurt" at Belleisle Bayview Retreat

Summer season open from (May 8 - Oct 31, 2026) and Winter Season (Jan-April weekends only). We offer one night stays! Enjoy this secluded off grid (solar powered) cosy yurt, eclectic furnishings - situated in a private forest environment. On the deck a BBQ with cooking utensils and patio set are provided in summer - no water during winter season (Nov-April 30) - a small chemical toilet is provided. Enjoy the comfortable simplicity and relax in nature; sauna service available 50$.

Private Tiny House in the Woods with Gazebo

Experience tiny house living in this custom 8’x28’ tiny house on wheels in a private, wooded setting. Enjoy a BBQ, a bonfire, lounge in the gazebo or the hanging cocoon tent, all while being immersed in the sights and sounds of nature. This is your place to relax and reconnect. There are serene trails through the woods to explore and a beautiful, clear brook to splash in. Once you’re here, you’ll feel yourself relax. Features electric fireplace, live-edge dining table and breakfast bar, treadmill and light gym equipment, and heated bathroom floor. The unit is steps away from a walking trail along Bay Shore.

Beautiful, bright 2-Bedroom with tons of living space. Large deck, bbq and hot tub available 9 am - 9 pm. Walking distance to Tim Hortons, Starbucks and lots of great restaurants. Also family friendly with hidden kids play area off the living room, and large, lush yard with swing set and fire pit. Three TVs. Cable and high-speed Internet included. Owners occupy top floor, guests have access to entire bottom floor and private patio. Non-smoking / non-vaping property.

Perched on a hillside overlooking the Bay of Fundy, this unique lighthouse-shaped cottage offers a cozy one-bedroom retreat that captures the spirit of coastal living. (Seasonal, June to September. ) Gel pillow top mattress, and gel memory foam pillows guarantee a relaxing rest! (No parties allowed. Quiet at 11pm.)
