River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Farmstay on a 14 acre farm Queen bed loft upstairs. Down stairs has a bathroom, kitchen with sink, stove, oven, microwave, and complimentary kitchen-cups . There is a twin sleeper sofa in living room. Front and back porch, wireless internet and RukuTv. 14 acre farm with walking trails, old mill and creek. Cleaning fee $50 and Pet fee $25 day. No aggressive breeds please. All monies go toward our Horse sanctuary 501c nonprofit. Special rates do not apply from Dec 12-Jan 1st or holiday weekends

If you’re looking for a peaceful, country style getaway on a wooded 2.5 acre lot, look no further. This 2-bedroom (3 beds) 2 bath unit offers all the comforts of home including a full kitchen, dining area, game room, laundry room, covered patio and single-car garage. Outdoor parking is also available.
