Everything you could need is provided in this comfortable home with desirable SW exposure and direct access to the gulf. New addition of free boat storage on property. We have a gravel side yard with a gate to block the sight of the trailer from the road per Marco regulations. A boat lift and floating jet dock are available for easy use of kayaks and paddleboards. Pool is set to 88 F 🏝️ Upgraded beds, now have 2 queen Casper mattresses and 1 king Casper mattress. House is tiled throughout.

The property is on a corner lot which gives optimal privacy for our guests! This vacation rental also comes with a covered boat lift, a kayak and paddle board for your enjoyment.
