Välkommen till vårt nybyggda, exklusiva strandhus vid Aspen i Lerum – perfekt för familjer som älskar sjölivet! Njut av egen brygga, bad, roliga vattenaktiviteter och vågskvalp. Huset har panoramafönster för ständig njutning av den fantastiska sjöutsikten. Oavsett om du lagar middag i det välutrustade köket, grillar på bryggdäcket, kopplar av i bastun eller vilar i det mysiga vardagsrummet, är utsikten alltid med dig. Men lita inte på mina ord, utan läs hellre våra tidgare gästers upplevelser.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Unikt designad husbåt/ flytande hus

Unik flytande bostad med utsikt över vattnet centralt belägen i Göteborg. Endast 1,5 km från centralstationen och Nordstans shoppingcenter. Området är lite alternativt i ett ”up and coming” industriområde med lokala bryggerier, konsthallar, gatukonst och stadsodlingar. Totalt 140kvm fördelat på 2 plan med 4 sovrum, 2 allrum, 2 badrum och stor öppen sällskapsyta med matplats för 8 personer. En uteplats med loungemöbler och grill. Huset är även privat bostad med personliga tillhörigheter

Hus med bastu vid badplats

Nybyggd stuga ca 50 m ifrån badplats m. sandstrand, hopptorn och badbryggor. Vedeldad bastu vid sjön. Här njuter ni av stjärnhimlen genom takfönstret och lyssna på när elden sprakar. Omgiven av skog, bär och svamp, utkiksplats, skogsstigar. 25 min med bil till Liseberg/Gbg city. Fri parkering utanför huset. Fri pendelparkering finns vid busshållplatsen (3 km) om du vill ta direktbussen till Göteborg Utemöbler finns Ej fester/husdjur. Max 4 pers. Ta med egen badrock o tofflor!

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!
