You’ll love our place because of the light, the comfy bed, and the coziness (it's a tiny house!). It's perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. Cozy flat in safe, quiet residential neighborhood. 10-minute walk to N. Berkeley BART, .9 miles to NW corner of campus, close to restaurants & shops downtown, on Fourth St., Solano Ave., College Ave., just about everything you need. Please don't book if you have allergies to cats! They don't go downstairs now but used to. Please don't make a reservation for someone else. Airbnb doesn't permit it, and it has caused problems when I've allowed it!

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. This lovey sunny Berkeley hills, smoke free little apartment is a fifteen minute walk down hill to UC Berkeley, or dining at Chez Panisse or pizza at the Cheese Board. Watch the sun sink over the Golden Gate Bridge with a two minute stroll to the Rose Garden. On occasion, we care for our daughter’s dog. She is friendly and can be confined.
