Apartment Rikardo in historical core of village

Apartment Rikardo is located in Martinšćica- a small coastal village on the west side of the island of Cres. The village was first formed around St. Martins church, right behind St. Geronimos church and monastery, built in 1479 at the coast. Apartment can accommodate two or three persons and is located in center, in the historical part of village called Kaštel. Parking place is free (50 m from apt). Near apt are lots of pebble beaches (walking distance 2 min) and the clearest sea on the island!

This charming villa is ideal for large families or groups of friends. It has a swimming pool of 40 m². The beach is 500 m away. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. One of the bedrooms is specially designed for children. The living room leads to a large terrace. There is also a barbecue area. On the first floor there are three double rooms, three bathrooms and a balcony. All bedrooms have air conditioning and free WiFi.

A short drive with a car (1.5 km) or a walk along a coast is a town of Cres with old town, many cafés, restaurants, shops and supermarket. The apartment also has a car parking place on the street and of course the TV and Wi-Fi.

Otok Cres je mostom kod Osora vezan sa otokom Lošinjem te je moguće ga posjetiti sa automobilom.
