The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.

Tiny Home/Newly Renovated/5 miles to ARK

Located right outside of Williamstown, Grammer's place is small but cozy! Our home is just 5 miles from the Ark Encounter and 35 minutes from the Creation Museum. Grammer's Place is a tiny house that sits very close to my personal home, but you will have access to as much privacy as needed. Along with this, guests will still have access to their own parking spaces. And just a few steps from the drive, up the ramp and on the porch.

Wake to a peaceful country setting only 3 minutes from the interstate. Relax on your private porch with a cup of coffee and watch the sun come up over the pond before venturing out to the Ark Encounter, Newport Aquarium, Creation Museum, Cincinnati sporting events, or hanging around to fish, feed the fish or watch the squirrels play. 15 minutes from the Ark and about 25 to the Creation Museum.

Evelyn's Farmhouse 25 miles to Creation, 19 to Ark

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Evelyn's Flight is named after Evelyn, of course. When Stacey and Leo came to visit the farm that was for sale they met Evelyn. A 92 year old firecracker. Her spirit was undeniable - Stacey walked into the house and to the left was a painting of a woman with pretty silver hair. When asked who it was Evelyn replied "it's me!"
