This house is Brand New with central heating and cooling. It's 2- minute walk to a train station. Trains take you to Perth CBD in 7 minutes. Optus Stadium, Galleria Shopping Centre are nearby as are Coles and IGA, the “cappuccino” strip of Beaufort Street in Mount Lawley and Maylands along a dedicated walking and cycle path to most places. A car hire company is less than a 10 minute walk away. Our house is 10 minutes and 15 minutes from the Domestic and International Airports, respectively.

For the mountain bikers there's a railway heritage trail (Kep Track) at the end of the street. The Swan Valley is a 20 min drive away, or maybe hit the local for a pub lunch.

We welcome guests into our home only 1km from Kalamunda Centre at the start of the Bibbulmun Track. Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.

Peaceful Hilltop Retreat

Escape to our cozy studio, a quiet hideaway set among the hills. Accessed via a gravel road, you will be surrounded by native trees and wildlife. With no WI-FI this retreat offers a genuine chance to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with nature. The retreat is located 50 minutes from Perth Airport. We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.

Luigi's Place - sleeps six in comfort

Quirky comfortable cottage that sleeps six in airconditioned comfort. Free wifi, wide driveway, equipped galley kitchen, two smart tv's, welcome pack. All linen including towels provided. Please note: the toilet is outside (literally two steps out of the house, under cover), infrequent train noise, steps and a small staircase in the house. No washing machine or dryer. Please do not advertise on social media for a local babysitter to stay at the house, airbnb will cancel your booking.
