The Floathouse is a luxury tiny home floating on the Murray River offering a unique and romantic experience an hour from Adelaide. Features include an outdoor bath, queen bed, sofa, WIFI, ensuite with toilet/shower, large deck with sun loungers, dining table, double swing, separate swimming platform and a BBQ for those wanting to make the most of the river views. Our kitchenette is equipped with everything you require to prepare meals. The Floathouse is moored permanently within a gated marina.

Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Your 2 bedroom private suite with its own luxurious bathroom where you can sit in the freestanding bath and look out over the bay is located in your downstairs section of the house. Walk out the front onto the Parnkalla Trail or just relax on the deck.
