In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. A few minutes away are the beautiful beaches of Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads. The Bellarine Rail Trail makes for a lovely ride to Queenscliff for lunch or to explore. We have a friendly dog, and a lush garden to relax in.

Located in a quiet residential area, only two minutes walk from the water, Seascape is the ideal place for a gateway while exploring this lovely corner of the world. The apartment is on the ground floor, with a completely independent entrance from our home upstairs, where I live with my husband.
