Next, we prepare appetizers like Spinach and Feta Pie, Dolmades, spicy cheese dip, and a simple yet amazing Greek salad. For dessert, enjoy our make-ahead Orange Cake. Throughout the class, you'll learn about Greek culture, the Mediterranean diet, and taste various products and wines. Afterward, we retreat to our garden to enjoy the meal with a refreshing drink.
Tuesday Class: Greek Classics. Prepare Moussaka (vegan option), Baklava Rolls, Saganaki, Greek Salad, and Tzatziki.
Saturday Class: Zakynthian Comfort Food. A selection of favorites like Stuffed Tomatoes, Courgette Fritters, spicy Baked Cheese, and Frigania.
